I changed mattresses after a breakup. I’ve always had lower back discomfort so didn’t really notice the growing pain until it was relentless and chronic. I stayed at my parents house for 3 days while having a new furnace installed and could not believe how I went to bed in pain and woke up without it. They had just bought a Haven mattress. I know over time my whole life is going to feel better. Chronic pain can drag you down and had I know that a mattress could offer so much relief from what I was feeling day after day I would have done it sooner. If I’m not noticing or focusing on pain, I can focus on things that being more joy in my life. Truly.

The products, in our case adjustable frame, mattress and pillows/sheets are of great quality. The service is outstanding. I needed information on the overall width of the frame to ensure that the headboard will fit. Within 2 hours I had a picture of a measure tape on the frame showing the full width. On the negative, there is one small problem when ordering multiple items. The Frame is shipped out of Ontario, the mattress from Calgary and the rest from Kelowna BC. That means 3 individual shipment at different days/time. In our case the mattress got stuck / lost at the Canpar Calgary depot for 6 days.

From ordering to delivery with my Haven mattress was easy except for the one slight hiccup with the local delivery company due to staffing shortage. One day later n there I have my new mattress…was worth the wait.

Well we love Haven, the quality and comfort is unrivalled even by mattresses double to cost! We won’t sleep in any other mattress so we have bought them for both our homes and all the guest rooms in our homes as we want our guests to be as comfortable as we are. Just made our second Haven mattress purchase. From the first night it was so comfy, it felt like a big inviting hug. I doubt I moved around much seeking a comfortable sleep position. I’m a side sleeper n wake feeling refreshed, also look forward to bedtime.
